2015-2017 Executive Officers

Fely Bayona, President - The President presides over the Executive Board, general membership and special meetings, appoints Officers for vacant positions and various committee chairpersons, administer the day to day activities of the Organization, approve the disbursement of funds not to exceed $200, deliver semi-annual report of the state of the Organization to the general membership, call special meetings, sign all necessary organizational documents, represent the Organization in all technical, civic and social activities, and perform all duties and responsibilities that may implement the provisions of the Constitutions and By-Laws of the organization and ensures that all activities of the Organization conform to all Federal, State and Local Laws.

Gilbert Bermundo, President-ElectThe President-Elect is an ex-officio member of all constitutional committees in preparation for his incoming administration that includes the planning of the inauguration and his administration programs.  He is a non-voting member except in the Finance Committee and Technical Committee; performs duties delegated to him by the President.  He works closely with the President to achieve a timely and smooth turnover of responsibilities and of the organization's financial, hard assets, and properties at the end of the administrative term.

Isagani Thomas Serrano, 1st Vice President - The 1st Vice President oversees the planning of activities and fiscal conditions of the organization.  He is an ex-officio member of the Scholarship and the Outstanding Engineer/Scientist Awards and Recognition Committees.  In case of death, absence or disability of the President, he assumes and discharges all duties and functions of the President.  He performs other duties that may be delegated to him by the President or the Executive Board.

Marjorie Galban, 2nd Vice President - The 2nd Vice President oversees the Physical and Overall Fitness activities and External Affairs of the Organization.  She is an ex-officio member of the Social, Sports and Athletics Committee and also of the Inter-Organizational and External Affairs Committee. In case of death, absence or disability of the 1st Vice President, she will assume the duties of the 1st Vice-President in addition to her regular duties and perform other duties that may be delegated by the President.

Nell Frias, Secretary - The Secretary keeps the minutes of all meetings, and handles all official correspondence.  She is an ex-officio member of the Membership Committee.  She keeps and files records of the minutes of the meetings of the Organization, the audited semi-annual Financial Reports by the Treasurer, and all other papers pertinent to the members and the Organization, keep a complete roster and directory of members, file of activities, awards and guests of meetings of the Organization.  She sends all members in good standing reports, copy of the Constitution and By-Laws and publications as required.  She is the custodian of the Organization's seal.  She attends to all correspondence of the Organization in consultation with the President and sends out appropriate notices for meetings or other functions of the Organization or the Executive Board.  She is responsible for informing members of their responsibilities/functions as decided during executive board meetings.  She turns over all pertinent files and records of the Organization to her successor at the completion of her term.

Melody Fojas, Assistant Secretary - The Assistant Secretary assists the Secretary in the functions of his duties and assumes and discharges the duties of the secretary in her absence or upon failure of the Secretary to discharge her duties.

Vishnu Mahant, Treasurer - The Treasurer performs all official financial transactions of the Organization, such as collection of dues and payment of bills, and issues accurate monthly financial reports to the Executive Board, which includes among others, the sources and amounts of revenues collected, receivables, expenditures, and unpaid obligations; and a properly audited semi-annual financial statement to the general membership and to the proper government agencies as required. He provides a hard-copy of the complete audited semi-annual reports, including the supporting documents, to the Secretary for file purposes, and also to the Chairperson of CPPP.  He is the Custodian of all funds and properties of the Organization, keeps current, correct and accurate accounts and make-up or breakdown of all the different funds, properties, assets and liabilities of the Organization, and have such account records open to examination at reasonable hours by any PESO member or government agencies.  He deposits all checks, notes and negotiable instruments and disburses funds as authorized by the President.

Lee Rito Rigos, Assistant Treasurer - The Assistant Treasurer assists the Treasurer in the functions of his office and assumes and discharges all the duties and responsibilities of the Treasurer in his absence or upon failure of the Treasurer to perform his duties.

Anita Sladek, Auditor - The Auditor audits all revenues collected as well as account receivables and all disbursement of funds, and brings to the attention of the President all discrepancies.  She is responsible for the accuracy and completeness and timeliness of the official financial reports prepared by the Treasurer.

Myrna Tamayo, Assistant Auditor - The Assistant Auditor assists the Auditor in her duties and assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Auditor in her absence upon failure of the Auditor to perform his/her duties.

Jan Paul Ferrer, Business Manager - The Business Manager assists the President on business activities of the Organization.  He is an ex-officio member of the Finance Committee.  He assists the other committees in selecting the place and accommodations for Executive Board and General Membership Meetings as well as for technical, social and sports activities.

Rudy Delos Santos, Assistant Business Manager - The Business Manager assists the President on business activities of the Organization.  He assists the other committees in selecting the place and accommodations for Executive Board and General Membership Meetings as well as for technical, social and sports activities.

Rolf Talusan, Public Relations Officer - The Press Relations Officer is responsible for the preparation and publication of all press releases of the Organization.  He is the Editor-in-Chief of the newsletter for the Organization and also of the PESO Website

VACANT, Assistant Press Relations Officer - The Assistant Public Relations Officer assists the Public Relations Officer in the performance of the responsibilities of the latter's office in his absence and performs other duties that may be delegated to him/her by the Public Relations Officer or by the President.

Vic Bayona, Marshall - The Marshall keeps peace and order during meetings and during activities of the Organization.  He is responsible for the safety and comfort of all attendees during all PESO activities.

Bernard Fojas, Marshall - The Marshall keeps peace and order during meetings and during activities of the Organization. He is responsible for the safety and comfort of all attendees during all PESO activities.
